Hooked up my antenna, checked out CBS on the big screen. Plugged my little laptop into my TV and big speakers. Played everything I could find on cbs.com/ Finally found the entire program on youtube courtesy of NYT. What a joy! Kudos to Lamar Alexander of Tennessee for extending the olive branch. Many praises to chief justice Roberts for that lovely smile.
What a beautiful speech. Hit on just about everything that is of importance. Mrs. Junior pointed out that he did not talk about the environment, but obviously he did a very real assessment of the dangers of global climate change.

I watched from 8AM on into the night, even tho sick with the flu! I was not gonna miss a second of it. The speech was excellent, and now we have the GOPers saying he didn't reach out to their side!! First of all, China is not building 100 new coal fired power plants. They are building 363 new plants. And we are not financing them. They are being financed by both commercial banks and development banks, not the US government.

Have you ever tried putting comments into the spam filter to to ban negative commenters? Some right-wing gun toter tried to spammize me when I gloated a little too much about Obama's victory in 2012. I'm not sure if he succeeded in blocking me. I was still able to give him a little bit of lovin' when he changed the name of his blog. But it should work, right? Just go into dashboard and flag an unwanted comment as spam. Future comments from the same IP address should be diverted into the spam folder.
Keep Lisa for old times sake. Who could hate her? She's just another annoying Obama hater. Reading RR is like hurting your nose real bad in a car accident and then having someone rub human excrement into your bleeding face.

I can no longer even attempt to be civil to assholes like her. Given the current climate of unrepentant republican idiots, I could never take the chance of making my identity known publicly. Blogspot/Googol seems to respect that fairly well and leave a person in command.
Facebook is extremely dangerous to a person's privacy. I can't take the chance of making my profile known by my name or email. That would totally suck.
