It's great to already see Scalia licking his wounds over SB 1070 in the L.A. Times this morning. He was so sure that a new era of right-wing legislation-nullification had been ushered in on his say-so. What an arrogant prick.
I hope this gives O a boost in the general. Some egg be on Butt's face, sans doubt. If Obama is re-elected, I might be able to safely change my own health insurance and save a bundle. Too scared to do it right now while everything is still up in the air.

Something that makes their health care system less expensive while providing better care for ALL their citizens then we have, IE tens of millions with out health care coverage in the USA because of 60+ years of right wing obstruction against the idea of Christ. People are posting whole collections of tweets from wingnuts threatening to move to Canada to avoid socialized medicine. Canada may need to build a border fence and impose a minimum-IQ requirement for immigrants from the US.
As for Scalia, he's probably off somewhere sawing puppies in half to try to cheer himself up.

Maybe it could also be a long term win by making it easier to expand medicare to all people and paying for it with a tax rather than a fee.

Actually, Jerry, Obama and his dimwit lawyer who argued this at the Supreme Court were proven wrong.
They hung their case on the commerce clause, which was ruled unconstitutional. So Roberts, rewrote their argument for them, saying they could do it under existing taxing powers.
Thank Justice Roberts for saving it for them. For a supposed constitutional lawyer, Obama has shown himself to be incredibly ignorant when it comes to the constitution.
This isn't the first time the court has had to clean up Obama's messes.

Hosanna-Tabor Church v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
United States v. Jones
Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency
Bond v. United States
All four were 9-0 Supreme Court decisions that slapped down Obama's greedy government overreach.
They did not hang their case on the commerce clause. The tax issue was also presented. They would have preferred a favorable ruling under the commerce clause. The tax position was their secondary position.
Roberts did not rewrite their argument. He rejected their commerce clause argument and accepted their tax argument.
