And You Want To Tax MY "Hard Earned" Money?

       I become a CEO for a large company, then to make it more “profitable", I lay off 500 people that make $50K/year, each, and put the rest of the employees on a salary so I can make them work overtime without extra pay to make up for the employees that are gone. Then I call all the employees for a meeting and sadly announce the cuts, stating that if the employees do not sacrifice and work harder there may be some more lay offs. 

Since I "saved" the company $25M, and I get a 30% of every dollar I save the company, I get a cool $7.5M bonus and the owner gets the other $17.5M.

The government gives these 500 jobless people $1,000/mo. for 6 months, for a total of $3M, mostly, from our own taxes. The Democrats try to extend their unemployment benefits to 9 months, but the Republicans cry foul, stating that "they are just lazy people looking for more handouts".

I go home and see in the news that Obama is trying to increase taxes on my hard earned money, how dare him! Dirty, lazy socialist! What is our country coming to? Trying to increase taxes on us, hard working people to support the lazy poor! Then I donate $1M to the Republican party. They are the only “decent” people that will help me protect my “hard earned” money.

Then I go on a shopping spree. I buy a 5th mansion and a couple of Mercedes Benz and a Corvette. My other 6 cars are no longer exciting. I take my family to Hawaii to celebrate and spend $50K in 5 days there. What is $50K when I can make $7.5M almost instantly? I am such a genius!

Upon our return, I take my family to church to thank the Lord for my great fortune. Then I donate $1,000 to my church, because I am a good and charitable Christian, that is why God rewards me often.

Well, since the fun is over, I have to get back to work. I call my broker so I can invest my hard earned cash, and he tells me he has some information about a loan default crisis in the make, reminding me that I did not hear this from him, as it is considered inside trader information and is against the law. Then he advises me to invest $5M on gold. A week later the loan default crisis is a reality, gold goes up 20% and I just made another $1M!! Life is so sweet.

A year later I get an offer from another company, I switch jobs, and lay off 2,000 employees each making $45K/year and move the operations to China. I save the company $90M and get a cool $15M plus stock options worth $10M for 10 years. I am so sly!

(Now, again, the government gives these 2,000 jobless "lazy" people $1,000/mo. for 6 months, for a total of $12M, from our own taxes.)

What about the people that no longer have a job? Well, that is not my problem, I am doing business legally. If these people did not work hard and are not wealthy, that is their fault, not mine. I am not breaking the law. I am also looking out for the interests of our investors. Besides, if I don't do it, somebody else will, right?

I went to college for 4 years and worked 50 hours a week for 5 years and then became a CEO. I deserve all the millions I make, don't I?
What? You went to college for 6 years and have been working 50 hours for the last 10 years, and you are not rich? And you ask me why?

EVEN though this is IMPOSSIBLE because it is not discretionary spending, but why let dumb facts like that stop dumb people from still DEMANDING it? Minimum wage debate...

  My cousin and I got into a conversation about the minimum wage and the plight of the fast food worker, she said McDonalds burger flippers should make 16.00 dollars an hour. I disagreed with her only because I thought it should mean there would have to be a restructuring of all wages, in all jobs across the country. How can a burger flipper make as much as a teacher with a masters? She said yes, all wages must go up! So where do we start? We have to realize fast food workers are not just teenagers any more, they are men and women supporting children and paying mortgages. Yes, fast food workers MUST picket, the minimum wage Must be raised, We can not let ourselves turn into a Third World nation with slave labor wages! Exactly what the Republicans and their ilk desire...

The rich didn't get rich through hard labor, their first million was most likely inherited and subsequent millions were made by the sweat and tears of their EMPLOYEES!! When is it OUR turn to reap the benefits of hard work? Those delusional Righties who continue to defend the 1% and their millions need to stop the masochistic thinking! McDonalds and Walmart are not gonna close their doors because there is a minimum wage hike! People are not gonna lose their jobs because there is a minimum wage hike! It will mean MORE money circulating around the country, the middle class SPENDS their paychecks, they don't stash extra cash in the Cayman's!

When workers make a living wage they can take care of themselves and their families without help from state and government programs. It's really not that hard to understand. But the 1% simply likes it the way it is, they spend millions lobbying  Washington to keep the minimum wage LOW.  And the wingnut lies just keep on and on...trickle down, it's a LIE. The poor are getting poorer and the Rich are getting Insanely Richer.....Nothing is gonna change. Hi Bloggy friends, hope everyone is being good, I have missed the ones who I don't see every day on facebook!

So, lets see, we're having a beautiful Spring here in NJ, yesterday the AC was on, today it's cool and rainy! Been working on a new garden project, flowers are huge this year because of the weather! Hope you are having nice weather in your part of the country!

A lot going on in politics, big story is the tornado in Oklahoma and whether or not the GOP will send aid without first finding ways to cut programs that help the poor and middle class...fuckers. I did a little post on facebook, said this;

 So, it's ok for PR to ask for money while quoting the Bible, but others are scamming the sheeple?  Is he afraid money will flow elsewhere hurting his profit margin?

Barack Obama, "Savior in Chief", will make sure Blacks rise in power, becoming the superior race! of course he will...Just look at all the "free stuff" President Obama is tossing from planes flying over black neighborhoods! Is a Rapture in your future plans?

I think it was on facebook, yea, it had to be a facebook post, someone put up a youtube video of a man talking about the Rapture. He said one day millions of people will be gone from the Earth, they will be floating up to the clouds to be with God. There will be empty buses, trains, schools, offices, parks etc...millions will have simply disappeared!

BUT, wait a minute, the earthly body won't float away into the clouds, that's not reasonable, so if the spirit leaves the body to float away then the body will be left behind, millions of dead bodies empty of spirit will be littering the streets? Ewwww..... make sense to you?? Me neither...But I've been fed this story for longer than 45 yrs!

So, those who profess Jesus Christ as their Saviour get to go up in the Rapture, those who claim to be a good Christian get to miss out on the horrific Apocalypse?, how lucky for them. But what about those who never went to church as a child, never were preached to, didn't know the rules, yet lived a clean life. What if these people lived as Jesus preached, took care of the poor, the downtrodden, loved their neighbor, did not kill or commit adultery?? What about all the Third World countries who have never touched a Bible, let alone went to church to hear you must be baptised and accept Jesus as your Savior or you will be left behind? This world does stretch farther than just the USA ya know!

Then we have the End Times crowd who claim IT'S NEAR, IT'S NEAR!! Look at all the horrific things happening in the Middle East, scary Muslim stuff must mean Jesus is coming soon, right? What about the GOOD in the world, the beauty, the countries that do not live their whole lives looking for the second coming? Look at the beautiful snowcapped mountains in Switzerland, look at the green rolling hills of Ireland, look at the beautiful people and glorious lives of those all over the world, why do they have to die just because some of the world is in turmoil?  Why do some people raise their families to always be looking towards the clouds, waiting waiting waiting....Little kids believing they will never get the chance to grow up and have a family of their own, because Jesus is coming SOON....

This is what I was taught, the Rapture will take those who are baptised, UNDER WATER IS A MUST, then you must accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and live a Christian life as close to pure as possible.  The Anti Christ will come, then the Apocalypse, but I think after that all those who died will be raised from the grave, and those who were Raptured will come back down, then we will all live for a thousand years before the Earth is then destroyed forever...Did I get that right?? probably not....Does it all make sense? NO, but you are also taught not to question ANY of it, to believe with all your heart the Bible for it is the living word of God.....ok...,
