Here's a happy thought for all of you Obama-loving fools! A list of the provisions that kicked in yesterday from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act.
• Insurers will be required to spend 85% of large-group and 80% of small-group and individual plan premiums (with certain adjustments) on health care or to improve health-care quality, or return the difference to the customer as a rebate.
• The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services are responsible for developing the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation and overseeing the testing of innovative payment and delivery models.
• Flexible spending accounts, healthcare reimbursement arrangements and health savings accounts cannot be used to pay for over the counter drugs, purchased without a prescription, except for insulin.
Be sure to check this little link from wiki to see what kicked in quietly this fall, including a prohibition on lifetime dollar caps on new policies. The rest of the provisions kick in each New Year's Day for the next three years. By January 1st, 2014 there will be no annual cap on spending on health care essentials, such as hospitalization.

Did you notice what happened in New Jersey when Chris Christie got back from Disney World?
The temperature went from the 20's to nearly 50 degrees on Saturday and Sunday.....a lot of the snow that fell during the blizzard started to melt.
It had to be because of all that hot air suddenly spewing forth from Trenton.

BTW, Issa told Rush Limbaugh Obama is corrupt, then he did the backwards moonwalk and said he was referring to the Obama administration. Did he sleep throuhg Bush & Co? I was reviewing some old videotapes I made of the news during the Bush years, and it's just unbelievable what that bunch got away with.
On one tape there was Cheney lying about Iraq, Laura Ingraham calling Iraq "the frontline in the wr on terror, and Tom DeLay with his sh*t-eating grin proclaiming his innocence. He said (and I paraphrase: "I do a lot of work for charities all over the world, and when I travel, I play golf." Well, that clears that up.

Collective condemnations are ALWAYS wrong. When a spate of tea partiers hold up racist signs, we do not condemn them all as racists. And when a minority of Muslims blow themselves up, we don't condemn all of them as terrorists. This is not at all rocket science, ladies and gentlemen.
