Limpy and The Rev. make me ashamed, but Obama more than makes up for the hatred they spew. They and their followers are what is wrong with this country. What is happening in Haiti is just heart-breaking. The look in the eyes of the children makes me want to scoop them all up to protect them. So horrible.
The man is so good. He has more class and compassion in his little finger than the one who preceded him had in his big head. It is too bad that these so-called Christians can't get behind the ball. I hope they suffer a lot of fall-out from from such despicable words.

There are millions of people like us who are just as disgusted as we are with the way conservatives politicize every tragedy with no solutions - only hate and blame. Countless people are speaking out against the haters in this country. Yay!
Nancy, normally I'd agree with you(they are indeed haters), but in this sense it's not really hatred, but good old-fashioned douchebaggery. It isn't even nearly good enough to say that they are morally insensitive.
To quote the movie "Shooter":

As much as Obama has accomplished thus far, which the right is so blind to, we will have many more years to right the wrongs of the repubs.
