Don't be fooled by boot lickin', teabaggin' , "Give us our country back" liars!

This is what the teabaggers mean by kicking out the Washington insiders?? The teabaggers are REPUBLICAN BOOT LICKERS!!

Dan Coats...Daniel Ray "Dan" Coats (born May 16, 1943) is an American lawyer, politician, lobbyist, and diplomat. A member of the Republican Party, he served as a United States Senator from Indiana from 1989 to 1999. Coats was appointed to fill the seat vacated by Dan Quayle following his election as Vice President of the United States in 1988. He won the 1990 special election to serve the remainder of Quayle's unexpired term, as well as the 1992 election for his own full six-year term. He did not seek re-election in 1998.
Prior to his service in the U.S. Senate, Coats was a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Indiana's 4th congressional district from 1981 to 1989. After retiring from the Senate Coats served as U.S. Ambassador to Germany from 2001 to 2005.

Rob Portman..... From 1993 to 2005, Portman served in the U. S. House of Representatives representing Ohio's 2nd congressional district, which stretches along the Ohio River from the Hamilton County suburbs of Cincinnati east to Scioto County and Pike County. Portman won seven consecutive congressional elections with over 70 percent of the vote.[2][3]
Portman served in two federal cabinet positions under the administration of President George W. Bush. From May 2005 to May 2006, he was the U. S. Trade Representative. From May 2006 to June 2007, he was Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB)

HARRY! HARRY! HARRY!

No, I'm not in love with Harry but I sure as hell am glad Sharron teapot Angle LOST!!! I'm glad Christine witch O'Donnell lost, I'm thrilled Barbara Boxer won, I'm so sad Alan Grayson lost... Florida is SOOOO red, I wonder what all those seniors are gonna think about their choices once the GOPer start tlking about privatizing Social Security!

Did ya see John Boehner cry when he spoke last night? Cry Bonehead, cry, cuz you got alot to prove these next 2 years! Is he up for the task??

Teabagger, Palin boytoy Miller lost in Alaska last night, YEA!! The teabaggers had some wins but the country rejected the craziest of the crazies, that proves alot! This country will NOT move to the far right!

Am I crying in my coffee cup this morning? NO. What happened last night was totally expected. What I don't care to read today is the wingnuts claiming some sort of "the country loves us and not you" victory dance because it just isn't so.

These next 2 years will be interesting to say the least. The GOPers will have to work with the democrats and the president. They will have to PROVE to the voters they made the right choices! Come on GOP show us how we fix the mess you got us into, you wanted the job,  now get to work!

These idiots just parrot what=the-hell-ever Sister Sarah says. The Nutters have really only picked up two seats as of right now.

I knew the thugs would win the House but now that its been confirmed I feel sick to my stomach....fuckers

Apparently, my hope for gridlock may just come true.

I think I'm going to toss my cookies.

Sue said...

did ya hear Rand Pauls speech?? I turned off the volume but the commentators said he sounded like a dictator....Teabaggers, this guy is gonna single handedly take our country to a place we all fear...

Anonymous said...

Good. Teach them ALL that we don't like the job they're doing. They all suck!

Sue said...

there is a discussion going on now on MSNBC about a vote to raise the debt ceiling. Apparently some think Rand fuckin Paul will vote NO which will put the country in default and cause worldwide depression.

Sue said...

anon there is difference between world wide collapse and plain 'ole I don't like your fuckin healthcare bill!

The CDM said...

Any way you look at it, I'm going to watch the 2010 release of Nightmare on Elm Street. It just seems appropriate right now.

Anonymous said...

Did I say anything about Healthcare? There is plenty that needs to be changed. I don't care who does it, Democrats or Republicans, I just want changes.

Sue said...

pay attention anon, Rand Paul can bring about worldwide collapse if he votes NO on raising the debt ceiling... got it?? The teabaggers will get their wish won't they...

Sue said...

Rand Paul is an evil fuckwad, he believes he can be the Senate "dick"tator

Will "take no prisoners" Hart said...

The "commentators" said that Mr. Paul sounded dictatorial? Gee, might you be referring to Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow (bastions of objectivity - NOT!)?

Shaw Kenawe said...

Deval Patrick handily won a second term for governor of Massachusetts. The Repubs thought Charlie Baker could defeat him. Didn't happen.

Andrew Cuomo beat the Tea Party nutjob Carl Paladino! Yay!

And Christine O'Donnell can spend more time masturbating and less time on her broom stick now that she lost her contest.

I'm disappointed in other contests, but happy with these.

Leslie Parsley said...

I just heard some idiot voter on NPR say that Obama hasn't brought about any change so he voted Republican. Makes a lot of sense, huh? Vote the party back in that got us in this mess in the first place and the party that hasn't had one, not one, idea for two damn years.

Unknown said...

Rand Paul and Batshit Bachmann really sounded like the assholes they are.

I just finished my bottle of wine.

Sue said...

I'm thrilled with those wins too Shaw, plus it looks like Sestak will win in PA.

Yes I am referring to the MSNBC guys, Will. Smart, truthful, informed, trustworthy too! :-)

Sue said...

Leslie those are the fuckwads in this country. I urge all to read Frank Schaeffer's latest post...

Are ya able to walk Dusty? Can you see your keyboard??

I have a half hour then its bedtime for me, sadly.....

"Vote the party back in that got us in this mess in the first place and the party that hasn't had one, not one, idea for two damn years." -- uh no, if we were doing that we'd be voting in a Democratic congress again. Democrats have been in charge longer that two years.

I have been walking back and forth from the front to the back of the house bitching at the cats, the dogs and the ball n' chain that Russ Feingold lost to a friggin teabagger. How did his district go from Progressive to Teabagger Central? That's 180 degrees out.

Sue said...

Feingolds loss is a travesty, so is Alan Graysons loss. Those guys were HARD WORKERS!!

C, enjoy your scary movie, no where near as scary as tonights election results though!

Shaw Kenawe said...

This country goes through periods of hysteria, and we're in one right now--hence the ascendency of asshats like Palin, O'Donnell, Rand, etc.

It won't last. At some point, this country will regain its senses.

All is not lost.

Now that the House is in the GOP column, they own anything that happens starting in January 2011.

Sue said...

thanks for keeping us calm Shaw. Lawrence O'Donnell was freaking me out a little bit but I'll be fine, LOL!

Give a shout out when Boxer and Reid win, I'll probably be asleep when those results come in....

Anonymous said...

This country is already regaining it's senses. You're seeing it tonight.

Arianna Huffington just said that the government made it's mistake by putting healthcare in front of the economy and jobs. Gee, ya think? Maybe they should listen to what the majority has been saying needs to be done, and they all wouldn't be losing their seats right now. Kind of hard to be excited about healthcare that won't kick in until 2014, while we're struggling to pay our bills right now.

Anonymous said...

The Republicans end up not being able to fix this mess, they'll get blamed for everything and voted out.

They do end up fixing things, Obama will get credit and win another term.

I don't see what you're so upset about.

Anonymous said...

SK - "Now that the House is in the GOP column, they own anything that happens starting in January 2011."

I see. Anything that happens from then on, is Republicans fault, and everything that's gone wrong these past two years is Bush's fault. Is there ever a time it's the Democrats/BO's fault?

Dave Miller said...

I know it is late, but the locals are saying Reids numbers look very good in Nevada. He is actually winning Angle's home county.

If he can keep that close and the normal numbers come in from Vegas, he wins.

Hugh Jee From Jersey said...

To GOP'ers who are going to do a victory lap....have fun. Because if the gridlock continues (and it will, tenfold), you'll be out the door next. So don't buy a house in the District.

Some battles lost, but the war isn't over.

Just remember ....all politics is local. We got a lesson on that in the New Jersey 12th District, and in the 6th and 3rd.

That's the key to 2012

Unknown said...

Anon,

Pelose delivered 240 bills to the Senate and Reid within the last two years.

Lets see how many Boehner and his crew get to the Senate in the next two..and yes Reid again.

Any bets big guy?

Dave Miller said...

Hey Sue, we did our part. Reid pulled it out. Angle lost her own county...

Amazing, the people that know her best chose Harry Reid.

Maybe this will improve your day!

Shaw Kenawe said...

Dave,

The Dems lost a huge amount of House seats and some tough governorships, but the sting of those losses has been mitigated by Harry's decisive and significant win over Angle.

I don't feel so despondent.

Give 'em hell, Harry!

Leslie Parsley said...

And Jerry Brown looks to be winning in CA but sadly Fiorina the Diva is ahead of Boxer.

Shaw Kenawe said...

Ouch! The House is red and so are the governorships of more states.

But Harry creamed the nutjob Sharron!

And it looks like Murkowski and Miller will be in a recount.

Colorado is still counting, so I've read.

The Pennsylvania loss by Sestak was so sad.

Here in Massachusetts we retained our blue lawmakers--no Tea Party takeover.

President Obama's friend, Deval Patrick, easily won a secon term in Mass. as governor.

And Scott Brown (remember him?) backed a losing candidate.

Now go read this column by Maureen Dowd of the NYTimes and don't feel so bad. It's really eerie!

Sue said...

I thought Miller was the loser, oh well holding my breath for his loss to come today.

I was upset to see Sestak could not hold his lead...

Was so happy for Deval Patrick!

Thanks for the link, I'll go read...

Let the blame games begin.

Lisa is such a tool.

Nancy Pelosi is still in the House and Harry Reid is still in the Senate.

And Barack Hussein Obama is still the President of the United States of America, and he has veto power.

I would crow so much if I were you, Lisa, you may end up eating it.

The Democrats hold the Senate and the Presidency. They are still in the driver's seat. However, with the republicans in the majority in the House, I think it will be harder for the Senate republicans to stonewall legislation -- much of it will be republican legislation.

So, interesting times ahead. If the Democrats play their cards right, this could benefit them in 2012. As I recall, I read a study that said more got done in Congress when neither party held all three branches.

Republicans now have to put up. They can no longer just bitch and moan. And they may pay the consequences in two years if they piss off too many voters. Teabaggers aren't that popular. Only a third of the candidates that Palin endorsed won. People are pissed at the establishment. Republicans just became more of the establishment.

Time will tell.

Infidel753 said...

Angle lost. O'Donnell lost. Fiorina lost. Now I'm hearing that Buck lost too.

Thanks, teabaggers, for your nutty candidates flushing away what would otherwise have been guaranteed Republican wins. You killed the Republicans' hopes of grabbing the Senate.

Reid says Nevada chose hope over fear.....I just wish California had chosen dope over fear and passed Prop. 19. That's a disappointing loss.

The CDM said...

Donna,

To cheer you up, according to Sue's blog list I am underneath you and that puts you on top of me.

All is right with the world.

Sue said...

C you are too funny! I'm sure Donna is enjoying her time on top!

Donna I hate when those teabaggers say that too! We are gonna be just fine, don't worry!

Infidel I was surprised by the Prop. 19 vote too. I wonder, will the teabaggers move to the center with the people telling them by their votes they are too extreme...

Jerry I think 2012 can be a dem yr if the GOP doesn't work for the best interests of the people. This is the GOP's chance to prove to us they can do something positive and they are willing to work with dems and the president.

lisa and the teabaggers better not start crowing, their day is coming.

Democrats do not sulk and whine like the republicans. We take our losses like grown-ups and try to learn something from this election. Republicans care only about POWER, that's all they want is POWER. They better be careful how they use it this time....

Jerry Critter said...

The teabaggers really have nothing to crow about. The Democrats should be thanking them. If it was not for the teabaggers that lost, the republicans would have taken control of the Senate too.

The CDM said...

Jerry - Add to that if the new repubs can't get things fixed in 2 years, they can be blamed for being inept.

Again, let the blame games begin.
